Roofing:

  •     Inspect roofing, including flashing, vent pipe flashing, electrical mast flashing, exposed nails, and deteriorated areas. a licensed roofing contractor should repair as needed.
  •     Clean moss and debris as needed.
  •     Treat for moss to retard growth.

 

Chimney:

  •     Repair missing or deteriorated mortar and bricks.
  •     Maintain chimney crown.
  •     Consider having a level ii inspection by a licensed mason or qualified chimney sweep.

 

Sewer Treatment:

  •     Treat for root intrusion (if recommended) when the roots are seeking moisture during the dry months.

 

Siding:

  •     Re-caulk/reseal gaps in siding.
  •     Scrape, prime, and paint peeling/chipping paint.
  •     Check flashing or other areas around windows and doors that are vulnerable to moisture intrusion.
  •     Secure or replace loose or damaged siding.'
