Free Homeowner Class, Don't Miss Out!

A new year brings new questions about housing decisions.

Join us on Tuesday, January 20 at 6:00 pm at the Edmonds Library (650 Main St, Edmonds) for a free, no-cost information session & class where we’ll break down:

-  Should you buy now or wait?

-  Sell and move up?

-  Renovate instead of moving?

This class breaks down how local homeowners and buyers in Edmonds, Lynnwood, Shoreline & Mukilteo are making smart decisions right now.

We'll focus on real numbers, real scenarios and real tradeoffs - not headlines or hype.

You'll leave with clarity on what makes sense for you in 2026 and a simple plan for next steps.

Space is limited (first come, first served). To reserve your seat in person or online, register below with the appropriate link.

  • Tuesday, January 20th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
  • Edmonds Library Meeting Room
  • Light Refreshments Served
  • Free to All – No Obligations!

We hope to meet you and help you keep moving forward.
