Our company is seeking a Personal/Admin Assistant to provide personalized help to the Owner, supplementing executive staff and increasing overall productivity. A qualified assistant will be expected to exceed expectations in running business and personal errands, managing calls, emails, and social media posts. The ideal candidate should be able to take direction when necessary but should also know when to take initiative and be a self-starter. Our often fast-paced environment requires a quick learner who is patient and diplomatic when working with many different personalities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer and screen calls
Filter emails & prioritize
Screen, draft, and issue correspondence on behalf of the Owner
Create & manage daily call and contact lists
Take dictation, notes, and meeting minutes
Transcribe video instruction/tutorials created by Owner
Booking travel arrangements, personal & professional
Conduct & compile research
Personal errands as needed for Owner
Prepare call and note card lists for Owner
Social media review
Publicity
Problem-solving
Candidate must have:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Superior time management & organizational skills
The ability to multitask with ease
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Diplomacy and tact
Discretion and confidentiality
Ability to receive constructive feedback
A self-starter willing to be proactive and take initiative
Ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Strong follow-up skills
Internet savvy
Advanced proficiency in technology and social media
