Happy holidays!

We hope this end of the year Newsletter finds you, your family, and friends enjoying a happy, healthy and prosperous season filled with joy and hope.

While we're still very busy at the office, we are taking time to celebrate 2021, recognize achievements, and express our gratitude to our community for all they've done to support our success over more than two decades... here are some highlights:

Record-Breaking Year - this year we broke several records...
- 95 Clients & Families Helped
- $70M in Real Estate Transaction Volume

Top 200 Broker/Team in Keller Williams International - our team was recognized as one of the top 200 of more than 170,000 brokers within the global KW network putting us in the top 0.001% of our peers.

Growing Team - as our firm grows, our team grows to ensure we are continuing to deliver exceptional, industry-leading service and expertise, compelling client appreciation events, and opportunities for clients and our partners to realize their dreams. With this, we've celebrated Jayne & Logan completing their first year, and Tracy joining the team... and we're excited to announce new team members in Q1 '22.

Expanding Our Giving - we've also expanded our giving with major support of more than $15,000 to wonderful community programs such as Edmonds Schools Foundation, Washington Kids in Transition, Girls on the Run, Pacific Little League, and other local groups supporting education, nutrition, housing stability, and community spirit. We're also looking forward to announcing our first scholarship programs in January 2022.

All of this is made possible by the incredible, hard work of our team, as well as your continued, enthusiastic support and great referrals of our business to your friends, family, and neighbors. Thank you for all you do to make our business continue to grow, and enable us to be a positive influence in our community.
