Expectations for Buyer Specialist:

· Washington Real Estate Licensee (or in the process of obtaining)

· Innate ability to establish rapport with anyone in person or over phone

Ave Salary: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year (commission only)

Schedule: Mon-Fri w/ weekend availability

Education: High school or equivalent required

Language: English

License/Certification: Real Estate License preferred or in process.
